Services

Four practice areas. One Microsoft 365 substrate.

We do not chase every SaaS trend or ship every framework. Everything we build sits on top of the Microsoft 365 stack you already own — so decisions in one area compound into the next, rather than fragmenting into a zoo of tools nobody has time to maintain.

Delivery methodology

A six-step loop from discovery to handover

Every engagement runs this shape. The individual steps flex to the service line (a Power Automate build looks different from an Azure AI agent) but the loop is the same — and it is why we can honestly claim "shipped in weeks, not quarters."

Discovery

A short paid discovery — mapping the workflow, the existing M365 estate, and the success metric. Ends with a scoped proposal, not another sales call.

Design

A tight solution architecture aligned to your identity, governance, and existing tenant footprint. Reviewed with your team before any code is written.

Build

Iterative 1–2 week increments. Every increment ends with something a real user in your business can touch — not slideware, not a design comp.

Pilot

A small production cohort using it for real work. Telemetry review, feedback loop, and a go / no-go decision before broad rollout.

Rollout

Expansion in tranches with proper change management, training assets, and the operational runbooks your support team will actually use.

Handover

Documentation, source access, deployment scripts, and a playbook your team can extend without another SOW. We do not create dependency on us.

Under the hood

Every service line, on the same stack

SPFx, Teams Toolkit, Power Automate connectors, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, Microsoft Graph — the Microsoft ecosystem we build on runs deep. Explore the concrete platforms, frameworks, and services behind every delivery.

How we deliver

A tight loop, not a slide deck

Scope with a real success metric

Every engagement starts with the specific workflow, page, or agent that will change — and how we will know it worked. No open-ended "digital transformation" charters.

Ship in weeks, not quarters

Engagements are 2–10 weeks depending on service line. First deliverable is always something a real user in your business can actually use — not an architecture document.

Hand off with playbooks

We do not create dependency on us. Every engagement ends with documentation, source access, and a playbook your team can extend without another SOW.

FAQ

Answers to what we get asked most

What Microsoft 365 services does InnovAItion Edge provide?

We deliver four practice areas across the Microsoft 365 stack: SharePoint modernization (SPFx components, hub sites, classic-to-modern migration), custom Teams apps (Adaptive Cards, message extensions, Bot Framework), Power Platform automation (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse), and Azure AI agents (Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, RAG pipelines). Every engagement is grounded in the Microsoft 365 tenant you already own.

Where does InnovAItion Edge work with clients?

InnovAItion Edge works with enterprise clients globally. Our current client base spans the United States, United Kingdom, Israel, continental Europe, and India. Microsoft 365 is a cloud-native platform, so most delivery is location-independent — we work in your time zone, meet on Teams, and travel for workshops when it justifies the trip.

Do you work with international clients across the US, UK, and Europe?

Yes. A significant share of our work is with clients in the United States, United Kingdom, Israel, and the European Union. We are set up to run engagements across time zones with async-friendly delivery — daily written updates in Teams, weekly demos, and time-zone-aware working hours negotiated up front.

What is the typical engagement duration for a Microsoft 365 project?

Most engagements run 2–10 weeks depending on scope. Power Platform flows and Power Apps typically ship in 2–6 weeks. Teams apps and Azure AI agents in 4–8 weeks. SharePoint modernization and multi-service programs in 6–10 weeks. We start with a paid discovery to scope precisely before committing.

Do you work with Copilot Studio and Azure AI?

Yes — Azure AI and Copilot Studio are a first-class practice area for us. We build custom Copilot Studio agents grounded in Microsoft Graph, RAG pipelines over SharePoint and Teams content using Azure AI Search, and Azure AI Foundry solutions with proper evaluation harnesses and Responsible AI deployment patterns.

How is InnovAItion Edge different from other Microsoft 365 IT companies?

Two things: we only work on the Microsoft 365 stack (no AWS, no generic web dev, no offshore body-shopping), and you work directly with the engineers building your solution rather than through an account layer. Depth on one platform, no handoff friction, engagements that ship in weeks.
